Gentle varietal expression of succulent white peach, apricot and honeysuckle, with underlying floral notes. Good palate, weight with finely balanced natural acidity and great length.

Only 3 x 225 liter barrels were made. The 2011 Viognier was 100% barrel fermented, in 2nd fill French oak barrels. The wine was aged for 11 months on it's lees in the barrel, before racking and bottling.
